Complete Copper dome – with passion!
July 14, 2010
The all new copper dome to Hills International College in Jimboomba has been craned in, in two pieces and the top spire has been bolted and soldered.
On this project we undertook the whole works, from building the steel structure, cladding of all copper, to craning and fixing.
The dome is created in the most beautiful and craftsman like manners possible.
For the Copper cladding, with continuous Double Seamed joints without any horizontal breaks, the process has been carried out no differently to how Copper domes and spires were carried out on all Central and Scandinavian European heritage buildings throughout the past 700 years.
With all our modern equipment and modern techniques, this way is still only possible the manual way.
It proofs a valid point that you can buy production and technology, but you can not buy experience and expertise.
With leading people in our company who’s training and background is from Denmark, Switzerland and Bavaria in Germany, we are the only company in Queensland and Western Australia with the necessary experience, expertise and PASSION!

End of financial year status
June 24, 2010
Another financial year is about to finish. We are happy to announce a 3% growth up on previous year.
It has been a tough last 18 month for the construction industry, and the fact that we have managed a little growth is very satisfying.
It is partly a result of lots of repeat-business, thanks to our “quality & reliability” policy that we constant evaluate, – and It has allowed us to keep investing and keep growing our production capabilities, which has made us very attractive on some very interesting up-coming projects in the near future.
Thank you to everyone who wished to do business with us in the financial year 2009/2010. We look forward to another interesting year to come.

February 25, 2010
ZC Technical is very happy to announce the arrival of the very latest in roll forming technology in the architectural sheet metal trade the “Schlebach – QUADRO”.
This machine has recently been installed in our workshop and is the latest in German technology.
This machine allows us to roll form all our standard panel systems including interlocking and standing seam.
Cassette panels that we used to bend will now also be able to be roll formed, which will increase our production efficiency and also improve the quality of the end product.
The introduction of this machine will now also enable us to manufacture two new panel systems, Nail Strip and Snap Lock (ASTRO panel).
This makes us the only Company in Australia to offer roll forming of all three approved roofing panels for the SCHLEBACH profiles.
The machine is also fitted with an automatic notching unit which allows us to efficiently pre notch top and bottom of all panels before forming.
